Astilbe Pumila, also known as Chinese Astilbe, is a prized and unique perennial that will brighten up any shaded area. Tall little spikes, adorned with pretty pink/mauve flowers display longer bloom times from July into October. Though small, this flowering plant will add wonderful color and texture going into the colder months and is a good choice for any shady garden or wooded area.
Astilbe can be used as a groundcover, edging and border plant.
