Ornamental Features

PJM Rhododendron originated to the US around 1943 and is a very cold-hardy shrub known for its beautiful and show stopping spring blooms. Rhododendron are considered broadleaf evergreens, adding year round interest to the shrub even when not in bloom. The almost tropical pinkish-purple flowers bloom in April and the oval shaped dark green leaves turn a beautiful burgundy in the winter. An excellent plant choice with multi-season interest for any landscape!
