Cultural RequirementsGolden Raindrops is a highly disease resistant species of Crabapple. Tolerant of a variety of soils, it makes a great street tree. However, it does prefer full sunlight and average to moist wel-drained conditions. It shouldn’t be allowed to dry out. Golden Raindrops is a relatively low maintenance tree, but if there is going to be pruning preformed, it is best to do so in late winter, once all extreme cold has passed.
