Sales/Project Manager (Full Time)

LawnCare by Walter, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales and Project Manager to add to our team. As a sales representative for LCbW, Inc. you will play a key role in driving revenue and building client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

• Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Presenting our products and services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Customer Support, to ensure adequate record keeping, payment collection, and preparation of project.
• Supervising work performed to ensure timely completion by working directly with the on-site crew and effectively communicating scope of work.
• Ensure the completed project delivers the expected results by completing job checks and customer walk throughs.

Requirements:

• [preferred] Experience as a sales representative or in a similar sales or customer service role.
• [preferred] Experience as a project manager or in similar leadership role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• [preferred] Experience in the landscape industry and industry-specific practices.
• Physical endurance, as sales representative and project manager you may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry heavy products.

Compensation

Starting at $20.00 hourly rate – based on experience.
