Residential Patio Walkway/Path Flagstone Decorative Wall Concrete Brick Fireplace Natural Stone

In this case, the homeowner knew exactly what he wanted. He already had a beautiful second story deck and lower level patio for entertaining, but he knew he needed something more. His family desired an addition that would bring them together and keep them warm. Due to the proximity to the home, our team could not install a fireplace to the existing patio. So, we got creative. Our designers created a more informal patio extension off of the lower patio. We then extended the existing retaining wall, appropriately graded the space, and finished it with a beautiful custom wood burning fireplace. The fireplace was constructed using Unilock's Brussels Universal wall block, and the patio's casual look was accomplished by using natural flagstone. To finish the project, we updated and extended the plantings around the patio to create a natural privacy screen, providing a cozier feel.
