This project features a spacious, raised rectangular patio layout using Unilock Beacon Hill smooth pavers with a Unilock Premier Hollandstone accent. The inset steps are integrated seamlessly into the patio, bordered by a low Unilock Olde Quarry smooth retaining wall finished with ledgestone coping. Incorporated boxwoods provide safety and aesthetic appeal.

Replaced was a high-maintenance deck that required seasonal treatment to keep its color and aesthetic appeal. The occupants were looking to expand the size of their patio and remove the loose flagstones. The color of the patio now complements the house with a fresh, modern look.

The shrubbery will help cool the stones and offer oxygen to its residents. The patio is great for grilling or simply kicking back with a couple of beverages and a flock of good friends.
